Elitvo Radar collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and organization details when you create an account or request access. The public research-feedback form also lets you provide optional role, workflow and written feedback without an email address. If you expressly request a written reply, you can provide an email for that response. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain Elitvo Radar, to notify you about changes to our service, to provide customer support, and to detect and prevent technical issues. Research feedback is delivered privately to Elitvo through our email provider; it does not create an account or a marketing subscription. We only use a voluntarily provided reply address for the response the visitor requested. We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
