By accessing or using Elitvo Radar (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Elitvo Radar is a development intelligence platform that aggregates and analyzes public records related to real estate development. Current Charlotte coverage includes rezoning records and City meeting evidence. We provide this information as-is from public sources and do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscription and Payment

If you purchase a paid subscription, the price, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and other payment conditions presented at the time of purchase apply to that subscription. Pilot or design-partner access may be offered under separate terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elitvo provides the Service on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elitvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
